The final steps are crucial for payment release and future ratings.

Before Delivery:

  1. Confirm recipient contact info
  2. Call/text to confirm availability
  3. Verify address on maps
  4. Have package and documents ready
  5. Check package condition

At Delivery:

  1. Verify recipient identity (ID if required)
  2. Show package condition
  3. Get signature (physical or digital)
  4. Take photo of delivered package
  5. Take photo with recipient if possible
  6. Provide invoice copy to recipient

In OnFlyGo App:

  1. Enter entry number from customs
  2. Upload delivery photos
  3. Get digital signature
  4. Add any notes
  5. Mark as delivered
  6. Submit all required fields

After Delivery:

  • Keep all document copies
  • Store photos for 30+ days
  • Respond to any shipper questions
  • Request rating if appropriate
  • Report any issues immediately

Handling Problems:

  • Recipient not available: Contact shipper immediately
  • Address wrong: Verify with shipper before leaving
  • Package damaged: Document thoroughly, report in app
  • Customs issues: Call OnFlyGo support
  • Refused delivery: Document refusal, contact shipper
