1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnFlyGo Inc. governing your access to and use of our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use OnFlyGo's Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Accounts

OnFlyGo offers two types of accounts:

• Company Accounts: For businesses shipping packages
• Courier Accounts: For certified professional couriers who hand-carry packages

4. Services Description

OnFlyGo provides a platform where companies needing urgent international package delivery find couriers who hand-carry packages during their travels.

5. Fees and Payments

Couriers use OnFlyGo free of charge. OnFlyGo takes no commission from couriers. Brokers pay a service fee on top of the courier's fee, charged only on delivered missions: 6% standard with a $10 minimum per mission, or the rate agreed in writing with OnFlyGo. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Ship prohibited or illegal items
• Provide false information
• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees

7. Limitation of Liability

OnFlyGo acts as a platform where parties find each other and is not liable for damages arising from shipments, except as required by law.
